The whole is greater than the sum of its parts- no band in recent history illustrates that notion better than The Rescues. Comprised of four successful and critically acclaimed solo singer-songwriters, The Rescues have played sold-out tours, appeared on Mountain Stage for broadcast on NPR, staged a string of sold-out concerts in their hometown of Los Angeles, had songs in films and on hit TV shows including 4 songs on Grey¹s Anatomy this season alone. LA Weekly says ³Their voices take flight. Soaring and gorgeously.²

The Rescues began writing and recording their sophomore album "Let Loose The Horses" during their hugely successful January residency at the Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles. The record is set to be released in Summer 09.

AM's new album "Future Sons and Daughters" is due out on Filter US Recordings in September 2009.
