Start Making Sense: Talking Heads Tribute
Start Making Sense: Talking Heads Tribute
If David Byrne is one of the geniuses of modern times, then Start Making Sense is a tribute to genius. The musicians in this 7-piece Talking Heads Tribute take pride in faithfully recreating the music of Talking Heads entire career. Together they bring much of the Heads unique live show to the stage, with front man Jon Braun as a spot-on David Byrne, giving you a "once in a lifetime" experience. Prepare yourself for a rockin', funkin', danceable celebration of the new-wave art punk you loved from the 80's !!!

THE RENT-A-COPS - The Police Tribute Band
THE RENT-A-COPS are Philadelphia's very own POLICE tribute band. The brainchild of Michele Lynn, the band's bassist, whose goal was to put together the best POLICE tribute band possible while still keeping a uniqueness of their own. To do this Michele picked from some of Philadelphia's most accomplished and varied musicians. With traditional Irish folk singer Rosaleen McGill on lead vocals, folk-singer Jess McDowell on backup vocals, bassist impresario Michele Lynn holding down the low-end, the mind-blowing Jimmy Faber on guitar and Berklee College of Music graduate Josh Steingard on drums matching Stewart Copeland's playing style beat for beat.
